Care Instructions:
Our Kombucha SCOBYs are shipped in a dehydrated or hydrated state depending on the option you selected,
Dehydrated: Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat until you are ready to start culturing with them. Dehydrated SCOBYs can be stored for up to 2 years. If product is accompanied by starter liquid, place the starter liquid in the refrigerator and use within 6 weeks after receipt.
Hydrated: Place in refrigerator upon receipt. Start using the SCOBY within a week of receipt.
