Glass Fermenting Jar with Bung (1L)
This crafty device prevents any airborne contaminants from entering your fermentation vessel while still allowing the CO2 made during the fermentation to escape, enabling you to ferment just about anything in a hygienic way; Water kefir, Milk kefir, your vegetable fermentation mix or even your Kombucha!
Instructions on fermentations taking:
• Less than 8 weeks: fill with water to the indicated mark to ensure that no air enters your fermentation
• Longer than 8 weeks: fill with a little vodka to prevent algae growth in the fermentation lock.

• Lid has been adapted with a hole that allows the airlock and bung to fit snugly.
• The tubing creates an airlock when half filled with water and keeps unwanted contaminants out while allowing gases from the fermentation process to escape

- Wash all pieces with warm soapy water after use.
