Shipping policy
We're an online store that delivers your products to any location within South Africa. We partner with "The Courier Guy" (www.thecourierguy.co.za), Pudo or other courier services as selected by Crafty Cultures.
You can select whether you'd like your order to be either sent via our preferred courier or via Pudo or if you'd like to collect it.
Please note the following:
- Parcels will exclusively be delivered to physical addresses, P.O. box addresses are not accepted.
- No parcels will be shipped without your payment reflecting in our bank account.
- Crafty Cultures will provide you with a tracking number when we ship your parcel.
- You'll receive an email notification once your parcel has been dispatched.
Timeframe
Packages are typically dispatched within 2 days after your payment reflects in our bank account.
Free Shipping
All orders over R1200 will enjoy free delivery via Pudo. Please ensure that you provide us with the closest Pudo to you.
Pudo Parcels
Pudo only reserves your parcel for 36 hours. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel in that timeframe. If that time is exceeded and you have not collected your parcel, your parcel will be returned to the hub. To retrieve your package, you can contact the Pudo hub directly and make arrangements for further action.
Fees
Shipping fees encompass both handling and packaging fees, along with courier costs, and are subject to variation based on the total weight/volume of the shipment and your location. We recommend consolidating your items into a single order whenever possible. While your package is dispatched at your own risk, rest assured that we take special care to safeguard fragile items. Our boxes are generously sized, and we ensure that your items are adequately protected during shipping.
Collection
You can collect your parcel from our premises in Hennopspark, Pretoria. Please wait until you have received an email notification stating that your order is ready for collection. If you come earlier you will be disappointed if your parcel has not been prepared yet.
Insurance
Crafty Cultures ensures the safekeeping of your order until it is shipped with one of our trusted delivery service providers. Should you wish to insure your order against breakages during delivery with The Courier Guy, please inform us, and we will gladly provide you with a quote for insurance coverage. Please note that Crafty Cultures will not assume liability for damages or breakages caused after it has left our premises.
