Care Instructions:
Place your culture in the freezer as soon as possible after receiving it.
Ensure the culture is sealed off from moisture and stored in the freezer for maximum shelf life.
Storage durations:
- Room Temperature (20° to 26°C): Approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
- Refrigerator (4.5° to 7°C): Approximately 3 months.
- Freezer (-18° to -4°C): 18+ months.

- Stainless-steel stove top pot (to hold the milk)
- Slotted stirring spoon 
- Thermometer (capable of reading 0 –100° C)
