Care Instructions:
Place your culture in the freezer as soon as possible after receiving it.

- Refrigerator (4.5° to 7°C): Approximately 3 months.
- Freezer (-18° to -4°C): 18+ months.

Additional Requirements (Not included):
To successfully make Natural Yoghurt at home, you will need:
- Milk
- Stainless steel stove top pot to heat milk in. 
- Cooking thermometer capable of reading 0 –100° C
- Stirring spoon 
- 1 liter sealable glass bottle or plastic container to incubate the yoghurt in.
- An incubation space to culture (the instructions include homemade solutions for making an incubation space)
