The bacteria strains (probiotics) in this yoghurt is Lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus delbruekki and Streptococcus thermophilus.
Yoghurt starter culture has a lifetime of between 1 - 2 years (when stored in freezer below 4 degrees Celcius).
