Make your mozzarella from scratch! This fun kit has everything you need to make fresh Mozzarella in 30 - 40 minutes!  Just add milk! 

Your special Valentines kit includes;

1) Detailed instruction leaflet

2) Rennet Tablets 

3) Cheese Salt 

4) Citric Acid

What you'll need at home  (to make approximately 500 - 600g of Mozzarella);

1) 4 litres of raw milk 

2) 1,25 cups Non-chlorinated water (bottle / filtered water)

3) Thermometer (able to read up to 100 degree celsius)

4) Stove pot (that can hold your 4 litres of milk)

5) Strainer/colander

6) Long steel knife (bread knife will do)

7) Measuring Spoons/cups
